Debit Card Point-of-Sale Transactions

The temporary block that LANCO had placed on debit card point-of-sale transactions has been lifted. Members can now swipe their debit card as “credit” and authorize the transaction with their signature or continue to use their card as "debit" and authorize with their PIN.

NACHA - The Electronic Payments Association has received reports that individuals and/or companies have received a fraudulent e-mail that has the appearance of having been sent from NACHA.
The subject line of the e-mail states: "Unauthorized ACH Transaction." Both the e-mail and the website that it links to are fraudulent. Read entire alert and see a sample of the e-mail.
