E-Statements

Go Paperless with Free E-Statements

E-Statements is a free service offered to all LANCO Members as a way to make receiving your statements more convenient and environmentally-friendly. Instead of receiving paper statements by mail, your statements will be delivered directly to your Online Banking account.

E-Statements arrive quickly, often within the first few days of the month, and are easily accessed through Online Banking (under "Self Service"). The convenience of E-Statements doesn't end there — Your E-Statements are archived and available through Online Banking for 16 months!

Enroll In Free E-Statements Today

To enroll in E-Statements, follow the intructions for any of our three easy enrollment methods. Once enrolled, expect to begin receiving E-Statements in one or two months.

Secure Online Enrollment Through Online Banking

1. Log into Online Banking
   If you are not yet enrolled in Online Banking, click here to learn more about Online Banking and enroll today!
2. Click on the "Self Service" Tab
3. Under "Additional Services" click the "eStatements" link
   If your browser blocks pop-ups, click the link which reads "Click here if you do not automatically redirect."
4. On the "Statements" page, click "Enroll for e-Statements"
5. Complete and submit the "Statement Enrollment" form.

Enroll Over the Phone or In Person

1. Call or stop by any LANCO branch to speak with a Member Services Representative
2. Ask to Enroll in E-Statements

E-Statements are provided as PDFs and may be viewed with Adobe Reader (available for Windows, Mac, Linux and Solaris operating systems) or Preview (pre-installed on Mac OS X). Click here to download Adobe Reader for free.
