Pre-approvals for all loans are available and will be held at the specific rate for 30 days. Loans may be paid by monthly payments or through payroll deductions.

• Rate depends on the number of years of the loan and amount of equity available.

• Loan amounts up to $100,000.
• Floating rates are tied to the Wall Street Journal Prime Rate.

• New or Refinanced.
• Minimal application fee plus 1 point.
