Mobile Banking

Access your accounts anytime, anywhere with LANCO's Mobile Banking!

  • Mobile Banking with Mobile Web/Internet: Securely login, view account balances and perform transactions right from your mobile phone!
  • Mobile Banking by SMS/Text Messaging: Send and receive Balance and Transaction History requests via SMS/Text Message.

Mobile Banking is a free service provided by LANCO through Online Banking. However, your mobile service provider’s text and data usage rates will apply.

To activate Mobile Banking...

  1. Log into Online Banking and click on the "Self Service" tab.
  2. In the box titled "Additional Services" click on “Mobile Money.”
  3. Read the Mobile Banking Terms and Condition, then check “I accept the above terms and conditions” and click "Continue."
  4. Select the accounts that you want access to on your mobile device. For the selected accounts, choose a “Mobile Banking nickname”.
    This nickname should be 1-3 characters and should be easy to remember. Examples: Checking – nickname might be 91 or CHK Savings – nickname might be 00 or SAV.
    Click "Continue."
  5. Enter your 10-digit cell phone number and click "Continue."
  6. On this screen, choose the mobile services you would like to activate. You may choose to access your accounts by SMS/Text Message, Mobile Web or both. In addition, you may choose to receive account alerts by SMS/Text Message. Click "Continue."
  7. You will receive a text message with your activation code. Enter this code into the “Activation Code” box and click “Activate.”
    1. If using Mobile Banking by SMS/Text Message – Save the phone number that sends the above text as a contact in your phone. You can use this number later to send balances and history inquiries via text.
    2. If using Mobile Banking with Mobile Web/Internet – You will receive a text message with the mobile banking web address. Save this address as a bookmark. If you have an iPhone, you can save this link to your home screen and it will become an app.
  8. Activation is complete! Enjoy the convenience of Mobile Banking.

E-Statements

This service is available to members with Online Banking.

E-Statements are available for members to receive for free as an option through Online Banking. Instead of receiving paper statements by mail, your statements will be available to view by logging into Online Banking. E-Statements, like paper statements, will arrive quarterly.

Register for E-Statements under the "Self-Service" tab in Online Banking.

Bill Payer

This service is available to members with Online Banking and a LANCO Checking Account.

LANCO's Bill Payer is a free* service available 24/7 that helps eliminate the stress and time constraints associated with paying monthly bills. You can set up an unlimited number of bills to be paid automatically from your LANCO checking account.

Register for Bill Payer by clicking on the "Bill Payer" tab in Online Banking.

*Bill Payer is free for the first two months. To continue using Bill Payer for free, simply sign up for E-Statements! Without E-Statements, a monthly fee of $4.75 will be deducted from your checking account after the initial free period ends.
