Control Your Card with the MyLancoDebit App
You can now manage your Lanco FCU debit card from any Apple or Android mobile device with the free MyLancoDebit app. This app brings you the ability to:
- instantly block and unblock your debit card
- set transaction notifications
- restrict certain transactions
- notify us of travel dates
- report a lost or stolen card

Enroll and Add Your Card
Open the app and tap “Enroll” to begin. Follow the prompts to create your new MyLancoDebit profile and add your Lanco FCU debit card. Your username, password, and security questions created during enrollment are solely for MyLancoDebit and will not affect your login for online or mobile banking.
Once your profile is set up, log into the app and tap the image of your debit card to view recent transactions and explore available notifications and card controls.

App Purpose and Requirements
What can I do using this app?
This app gives you more control over your Lanco FCU debit card to help you manage its use and prevent fraud or abuse. This app is separate from the mobile banking app and is centered specifically on managing your debit card. You can view and restrict debit card transactions, set up SMS alerts, lock/unlock your card, set travel dates, and report a lost or stolen card.
What information do I need to enroll?
You need to have your Lanco FCU debit card, information about yourself (the cardholder), and contact information that will be used to set up your profile. A valid e-mail address is required. Only one MyLancoDebit user profile may be tied to any given e-mail address.
What are the technical requirements of this app?
This app is available on mobile devices running the current version of iOS or Android. The previous two versions of those operating systems are also supported. An active internet connection, through mobile data or Wi-Fi, is required to use the app.
App Profile / Login Information
Do I always have to enter my username and password to log in?
You can save your username by selecting “Remember Me” on the login screen. You will be required to enter your password each time that you want to sign into the app unless you enable biometric login.
To enable or disable biometric login for this app, tap your profile picture or the silhouette displayed on the Account Summary screen to access the Edit Profile section.
What if I forget my username?
On the app login screen, tap “Forgot Username” and enter the e-mail address associated with your profile. You will be prompted to answer a security question to verify your identity. If answered correctly, your username will be sent to the e-mail address you provided.
What if I forget my password?
On the app login screen, tap “Forgot Password” and enter your username and one of your debit card numbers. You will be prompted to answer a security question to verify your identity. If answered correctly, a temporary password will be sent to the e-mail address associated with your profile. Log into the app with your username and temporary password; you will be prompted to choose a new password. (The temporary password is only valid for 1 hour. If expired, you will need to complete the Forgot Password process again to request a new one.)
How can I change my profile information or password?
To make changes to your MyLancoDebit profile, go to the Account Summary screen and tap your profile picture or the silhouette image. On the Edit Profile page, you can update the display of your first and last name, your mobile phone number for text alerts, and your e-mail address, password, and security questions/answers. You can also enable or disable the biometric login option on this screen.
IMPORTANT: Changes to your personal information performed within the MyLancoDebit app are ONLY associated with your app profile. If your contact information has changed, please contact Lanco FCU to update the information on file for your membership and cardholder accounts.
Card Management, Transaction, Alerts and Controls
How can I add or remove cards in the app?
You will add your first debit card during the enrollment process. To add additional debit cards, go to the Account Summary screen and swipe your existing card to the left until you see the “Add Card” option, then tap Add Card and follow the prompts. To remove a card, view the card on the Account Summary screen. Tap “Card Settings” at the top right corner of the card, then tap “Remove Card” and “OK” to confirm.
When I make a change in the app, when does it take effect?
Any settings that you change in the app will take effect within moments, including changes to Notification Settings, Travel Notifications, and reporting your card Lost or Stolen.
What transactions can I see in the app?
Transactions made using your Lanco FCU debit card within the past 31 days will show in this app, including pending/preauthorized transactions.
What is the difference between controls and alerts?
Controls will restrict the use of card, whereas alerts will simply notify you of card activity. When you turn on an alert, text notifications will be sent to you whenever transactions meeting the alert criteria take place. When you turn on controls, transactions meeting the control criteria will be declined.
If I’ve enabled alerts, how will I receive the notifications?
An alert is a text notification sent to the mobile phone number associated with your MyLancoDebit profile. When a transaction takes place that matches the alert parameters that you set, you will receive the alert via SMS text message.
Will recurring payments still go through if I lock my card or set controls?
If you restrict your card by tapping the Lock Icon (displayed in the bottom left corner of your card on the Account Summary screen), no transactions will be permitted to go through your debit card. Recurring payments will be rejected while the card is locked.
If you restrict your card by enabling Controls (found within the Notifications Settings section of the app), in most cases, recurring payments will continue unless you have set the control to not allow recurring payments. Please note that if you want to stop a particular recurring payment, it is best to contact the merchant to cancel the recurring payment.
Why doesn’t this app show my account balance, deposits or other transactions?
The MyLancoDebit app is centered specifically on managing your debit card. For access to your Lanco FCU accounts, including the ability to view balances, perform transfers and more, please use the Lanco FCU mobile app or online banking services.

Why can’t I get past the enrollment process? I know I’m entering correct information.

When I try to log in, why am I getting this message? “We still can’t verify your information”
There is a limited number of times that login attempts are allowed to fail. If you have tried to login multiple times with no success, your MyLancoDebit profile may be locked and will need to be reset before you can log into the app. Please contact Lanco FCU for support by calling (717) 569-7180 or (888) 318-4222 during regular business hours.
