You’re Invited to Lanco FCU’s 58th Annual Meeting
Tuesday, March 14, 2023
We invite you to attend Lanco FCU’s Annual Meeting on Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at Eden Resort & Suites in Lancaster, PA.
Registration and a light dinner buffet will begin at 5:30 p.m., and the meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m.
During the meeting, Lanco FCU’s leadership will discuss the performance of the credit union during 2022, hold elections to the board, and field any questions from the membership.

There is no cost to attend the meeting, but advance registration is required. Seating is limited, so register early to ensure availability. Each member attending may bring a maximum of one guest or joint owner.

Board of Directors Elections
Members wishing to submit a nomination petition for an available board seat (a voluntary position) must do so by January 27, 2023. Petitions must be signed by 1% of Lanco FCU’s membership and include biographical information.
Mail petitions to: Lanco FCU, Nominating Committee, 349 W Roseville Rd, Lancaster, PA 17601.
According to the credit union’s bylaws, nominations from the floor are not permitted unless sufficient nominations have not been made by the Nominating Committee or by petition. The Nominating Committee submitted sufficient nominations to fill the vacancies this year.
The nominating committee has presented two incumbents to fill the expiring terms on the Board of Directors:
Brandon Leaman
Brandon has been a member of Lanco Federal Credit Union since 2018 and a Lanco FCU board member since 2021. He has a degree in Business Administration from Messiah University. Brandon was employed as a Commercial Lender for over 10 years before transitioning into self-employment in the real estate industry in 2021. Brandon’s previous board involvement includes Habitat for Humanity of Lancaster and Camp Hebron. Outside of his business endeavors, Brandon enjoys spending time with his friends and family and homesteading.
John Bingham
In December 2020, John Bingham was appointed to serve as an Associate Director on the Board of Directors of Lanco Federal Credit Union. He became a voting member by appointment in January 2022. John and his late wife, Victoria, became members of the credit union in 1967. With degrees from both Franklin & Marshall College and Millersville University, John worked as an educator at Lancaster Country Day School and J.P. McCaskey school district, serving as Science Department Head for each. In addition, he has served on the East Hempfield Township Planning Commission, was elected to the Board of Supervisors and is currently a member of the Township Zoning hearing Board. His career as a volunteer has also included Lancaster County Clean Water Consortium, Lancaster Housing Opportunity Program, and Capitol Resources, Conservation, and Development Area Council. Aside from his extensive volunteer efforts, John enjoys gardening, home maintenance and working on his cars.
