You’re Invited to Lanco FCU’s 59th Annual Meeting
Tuesday, March 12, 2024
We invite you to attend Lanco FCU’s Annual Meeting on Tuesday, March 12, 2024 at Eden Resort & Suites in Lancaster, PA. Registration and a light dinner buffet will begin at 5:30 p.m., and the meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m.
During the meeting, Lanco FCU’s leadership will discuss the performance of the credit union during 2023, hold elections to the board, and field any questions from the membership.

There is no cost to attend the meeting, but advance registration is required. Seating is limited, so register early to ensure availability. Each member attending may bring a maximum of one guest or joint owner.

Board of Directors Elections
Members wishing to submit a nomination petition for an available board seat (a voluntary position) must do so by January 27, 2024. Petitions must be signed by 1% of Lanco FCU’s membership and include biographical information.
Mail petitions to: Lanco FCU, Nominating Committee, 349 W Roseville Rd, Lancaster, PA 17601.
According to the credit union’s bylaws, nominations from the floor are not permitted unless sufficient nominations have not been made by the Nominating Committee or by petition. The Nominating Committee submitted sufficient nominations to fill the vacancies this year.
The nominating committee has presented two incumbents to fill the expiring terms on the Board of Directors:
James Brewer
James (Jim) Brewer was appointed in 2018 to serve as an Associate Director on the Board of Directors of Lanco Federal Credit Union. In May 2020, Jim became a voting member of the board following the voluntary resignation of an existing member. Jim holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration as well as a bachelor’s degree in Business Education from Bloomsburg University. In addition to his volunteerism at Lanco FCU, Jim enjoys volunteering with his church, golfing, and participating in the Susquehanna Valley Spyder Riders club.
H. Scott Gillespie
Scott has been a member of Lanco Federal Credit Union since 1980 and a Lanco FCU board member since 2014. Scott, a Certified Mortgage Advisor with CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC, attended Harrisburg Area Community College and Penn State University. Prior to his work at CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC, Scott owned Advanced Mortgage Services for 16 years. Additionally, Scott served as a community volunteer with the Neffsville Jaycees, Warwick Christian Men’s Prayer Group, and with the Lititz Youth Soccer Club as a Coach and Soccer League Representative.
