We invite you to attend Lanco FCU’s 54th Annual Meeting on Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at Penn Cinema in Lititz. Registration will begin at 5:30 p.m., and the business meeting will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. Lanco FCU’s performance during 2018 will be discussed, followed by a question and answer period. All members in attendance will receive a gift and be entered into a prize drawing.¹
Movies & Refreshments
Lanco FCU will provide light refreshments in the theaters, including popcorn, candy, and soda. Additional movie theater concessions will be available for purchase in the lobby.
Stay seated after the meeting to enjoy a movie! We will be taking over two theaters this year, so you can choose the movie you want to watch—Captain Marvel or How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World.
Tickets on Sale through Monday, March 11
Tickets are required and are $5.00 per person.
All funds raised from ticket sales will be donated to Aaron’s Acres.
Each member (primary owner) may bring a maximum of one guest. Seating is limited, so please respond early to ensure your admission and movie selection. (Specific seats in the theater will not be assigned.)
Tickets may also be purchased in person at any Lanco FCU branch.
Board Elections²
Members wishing to submit a nomination petition for an available board seat (a voluntary position) must do so by February 1, 2019. Petitions must be signed by 1% of Lanco FCU’s membership and include biographical information.

The nominating committee has presented three incumbents to fill the expiring terms on the Board of Directors:
Philip Harnish
Phil has been a member of Lanco Federal Credit Union since 1993 and a board member since 2015. Phil has been with Keller Bros Auto Co for the past 25 years, serving in several capacities including sales, sales management and sales training. Prior to Keller Bros, Phil was a financial advisor with Dean Witter Reynolds (now known as Morgan Stanley). Phil served as a Cross Country and Track coach for 10 years at Lancaster Catholic High School, served on parish council, and serves as a Cold Weather Shelter volunteer in Lancaster City.
Joyce Rebman
Joyce was appointed to serve on the Board of Directors of Lanco Federal Credit Union in 2009, prior to which she served as Board Chair of Millersville FCU. Joyce has been a member of the credit union since 1990 when she began working for Student Services at Millersville University. She retired in 2008 and continues to actively volunteer at her church.
Denise Williams
Denise, the Chief Financial Officer of Lanco Federal Credit Union, has been a member since 1977, an employee since 1988 and a board member since 2012. Denise began her career at Lanco FCU as a teller, and progressed through several operations positions including Operations Supervisor, Vice President of Operations, and now CFO. Denise holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Albright College.
1- Prize winners will be drawn at random and must be present to win. If not present, another winner will be selected. Lanco FCU employees, volunteers, and the family/household members of employees and volunteers are not eligible to win.
2- According to the credit union’s bylaws, nominations from the floor are not permitted unless sufficient nominations have not been made by the Nominating Committee or by petition. The Nominating Committee submitted sufficient nominations to fill the vacancies this year.
