To help you find relevant information quickly, we’re keeping this page up to date with a variety of Coronavirus-related topics.
April 13, 2021:
Roseville branch lobby temporarily closed
Following a possible Coronavirus exposure of an employee at this location, Lanco FCU has temporarily closed the Roseville branch lobby and will provide services by drive-thru only. This decision has been made in an abundance of caution to reduce any potential risk to our staff and members. All other branch locations remain open to lobby services.
March 14, 2021: Third Round of Stimulus Payments Announced
With an official payment date of March 17, 2021, the IRS began sending payments as early as 3/12/2021. Click here for details including how to check your payment status and set up deposit notifications for your Lanco FCU accounts.
March 1, 2021: Branch lobbies reopened
Lanco FCU branch lobbies have reopened for in-person services during regular business hours. We encourage members to continue using no-contact or limited-contact services whenever possible, including online and mobile banking, e-signing options, and drive-thru services.
In-Person and Contact-Free Member Services
Drive-Thru: Perform transactions or request additional services
Lanco FCU provides member services by drive-thru at three locations:
- 349 West Roseville Road, Lancaster (Mon.-Thu. 8:30-5:00, Fri. 8:30-6:00, Sat. 9:00-Noon)
- 974 East Main Street, Mount Joy (Mon.-Thu. 8:30-5:00, Fri. 8:30-6:00, Sat. Closed)
- 2516 Willow Street Pike North, Willow Street (Mon.-Thu. 8:30-5:00, Fri. 8:30-6:00, Sat. 9:00-Noon)
Please note that drive-thru wait times may be longer than usual, as more members will be using the drive-thru and we are disinfecting the drive-thru drawer/container after each use.
We have all lanes open and staffed and are working hard to keep wait times to a minimum. To help us serve you as quickly as possible, we kindly ask that you arrive to the window prepared with your transaction and instructions. If you do not have deposit slips on-hand, printable versions are available here, or if you don’t have a printer, you can use them as a reference to hand-write your instructions:
If you will be requesting services that may take some time—such as ordering a debit card, making a large withdrawal or updating contact information—please call us ahead of time. We will prepare for your visit to shorten your time in the drive-thru.

Night Depository: Securely drop off deposits or documents at any time
All Lanco FCU branches feature a night depository, generally located directly after the drive-thru window.

Envelopes are provided, or you may use your own. Be sure to include any necessary instructions for processing your transaction and your name and phone number in case of any questions.
ATMs: Use your Lanco FCU debit card at any ATM
ATMs in the CU$ Network are surcharge-free with your Lanco FCU debit card.
Please note that, although Lanco FCU ATMs do not accept deposits, you may use any ATM to submit a deposit. Review nearby surcharge-free options for “Deposit” type ATMs at CUDollar.org.
Earning ATM fee reimbursements with your Kasasa checking account: Remember that with Lanco FCU’s Kasasa checking account, you can earn up to $30.00 per month in ATM fee reimbursements when you qualify for rewards.
Lobby Service: Available, with Safety Measures
Lobbies are open regular business hours. Appointments not necessary for most services.
We encourage members to continue using our drive-thru and self-service options whenever possible, as social distancing remains the most effective way to prevent the spread of Coronavirus. Contact us to discuss your needs, and our representatives can help you determine if a visit within our branch is needed or if a more convenient option may be available to you.
Should you visit a Lanco FCU branch lobby, please note that face makes are required. If you are experiencing symptoms associated with Coronavirus or know you have been exposed to a person with a possible or confirmed case of infection, please stay home and, if you had an appointment scheduled with us, please call or text us at (717) 569-7180 to cancel. We greatly appreciate your cooperation to ensure a safe environment for all of our members and staff.

Financial Relief Offerings
Skip-a-Payment option for auto and personal loans
If you are repaying a Lanco FCU auto loan or personal loan, skipping your next month’s loan payment may be an option. We have temporarily waived the fee and eased some qualifying criteria.
Requests for this option must be submitted with all borrower’s signatures and are subject to approval by Lanco FCU. Please continue to make your monthly payment unless you have received approval to skip.
Loan extensions and relief options for loans and lines
If you need more time than one month’s skip—or need some relief on a loan type not eligible for Skip-a-Payment—a loan extension or payment relief loan may be available.
Generally, these options are available for repayments on a Lanco FCU auto loan, personal loan, personal line of credit, home equity loan, home equity line of credit, or Visa credit card.
