Lanco FCU is here to support the financial wellness of our members, in the face of new challenges during this global pandemic, and always.
To help you find relevant information quickly, we’re keeping this page up to date with a variety of Coronavirus-related topics.
Access to Member Services
All Lanco FCU lobbies are closed until further notice
Limited services requiring use of the lobby may be available, by appointment only. Please contact us in advance to discuss your needs and schedule your visit.
Bank from home with self-services and call center
Our online, mobile, and telephone banking tools allow you to accomplish a variety of banking activities from the safety of your own home.
If you need help with self-banking services or have questions about your accounts or finances, let’s talk—reach a member representative from 9:00-5:00 Mondays-Thursdays, 9:00-6:00 Fridays, and 9:00-12:00 Saturdays by calling (717) 569-7180 or (888) 318-4222.
ATMs and Night Depositories for withdrawals, deposits, and document returns
All Lanco FCU branches feature a surcharge-free ATM and night depository. Please note that ATMs and night depositories are not attended and disinfected after every use. Take appropriate precautions for your health, such as using disposable gloves and/or hand sanitizer, not touching your face, and washing your hands with soap and water as soon as possible.
Drop off your deposits or signed documents, securely and at your convenience.
Although traditionally used to collect after-hours deposits, we are currently processing items received by night deposit throughout each business day. Envelopes are provided, or you may use your own. Be sure to include any necessary instructions for processing your transaction, and your name and phone number in case of any questions.
Use your Lanco FCU debit card, surcharge-free, at any ATM in the CU$ Network.
Each Lanco FCU branch features a surcharge-free ATM, and additional ATMs can be located using the Lanco FCU mobile app or by visiting CUDollar.org. When using a walk-up ATM, remember to wait at least 6 feet away from any person who may be using or in-line for the same ATM.
All Lanco FCU Drive-Thru lanes are open regular business hours
Perform transactions or request additional services, such as debit card pick-up.
Lanco FCU continues to provide member services by drive-thru at three locations:
- 349 West Roseville Road, Lancaster (Mon.-Thu. 8:30-5:00, Fri. 8:30-6:00, Sat. 9:00-Noon)
- 974 East Main Street, Mount Joy (Mon.-Thu. 8:30-5:00, Fri. 8:30-6:00, Sat. Closed)
- 2516 Willow Street Pike North, Willow Street (Mon.-Thu. 8:30-5:00, Fri. 8:30-6:00, Sat. 9:00-Noon)
Please note that our Brownstown branch does not feature a drive-thru. Please call us to discuss your needs or visit our Roseville Road branch for drive-thru service if necessary.
Drive-Thru Wait Times are Increased
With all in-person services now taking place through the drive-thru, wait times are increased as compared to normal business operations. We have all lanes open and staffed and are working hard to keep wait times to a minimum.
We kindly ask that all members observe the following when using the drive-thru:
1. Give yourself extra time.
If you are running errands on a schedule, be sure to plan in extra time in case there’s a wait in the drive-thru lanes. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.
2. Arrive prepared.
Please write out your instructions and have your transaction prepared before you get in line for the drive-thru. If you do not have deposit slips on-hand, printable versions are available here, or if you don’t have a printer, you can use them as a reference to hand-write your instructions:
3. Consider using the night depository.
If you have a deposit and do not need cash back, we encourage you to use the night depository, generally located on the building just after the drive-thru window. At this time, we are processing items received via night deposit throughout each business day. To skip the drive-thru line, park in our lot and walk to the night deposit. Please be cautious of any drive-thru traffic.
4. Call ahead when appropriate.
If you will be requesting services that may take some time—such as ordering a debit card, making a large withdrawal or updating contact information—please call us ahead of time. We’ll process as much as we can in advance to shorten your time in the drive-thru.
