Debit Cards Limited, E-Services Unavailable During Upcoming Maintenance
Maintenance Window: 10 PM Saturday, December 12 through Sunday, December 13 at 12 PM (Eastern)
A routine system maintenance window is scheduled from 10:00 PM (ET) Saturday 12/12/20 until 12:00 PM (Noon ET) Sunday 12/13/20.
There will be a few hours during this window where the following services may be limited or unavailable:
- Debit Cards: Offline limits may be in effect.
Offline transactions are limited to a total of $405.00*—
- a POS/PIN/Signature purchase limit of $205.00; and
- an ATM cash withdraw limit of $200.00.
*You must have an available balance in your account. If you spend more than your available balance, an overdraft or non-sufficient funds fee may be assessed.
- Mobile Banking: May be unavailable
You may be able to open the app, but balances and transactions will not update. Functions including transfers, bill payments, and check deposits will not be available.
- Online Banking: May be unavailable
- Gabby: May be unavailable
If a service is not available when you first attempt to log in, you can try again later within the maintenance window, or after the window closes on Sunday at Noon.
