ATTN Visa Cardholders: GoToMyCard Ends 7/9
New Card Management and Rewards Websites Starting July 12, 2021
Lanco FCU’s credit card processing system is transitioning to a new platform July 9-12, 2021. We are expecting cardholders to have uninterrupted use of your Lanco FCU Platinum Visa or Business Visa cards for purchases and transactions during this time. However, online services relating to credit cards and rewards will be changing, resulting in some downtime and the need to re-enroll in services.
Starting Monday, July 12, 2021, you will be able to register and manage your Lanco FCU Visa credit card account using eZCardInfo, at www.ezcardinfo.com.
If you are currently using GoToMyCard.com to manage your card account, please review the information below for important details about online access, statements, payments and alerts.
GoToMyCard.com ends July 9, 2021 at 5:00 p.m.
The last day that you will have access to log into GoToMyCard.com is Friday, July 9, 2021 before 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
Additionally, after this time, any account aggregation services or budgeting tools that use your GoToMyCard login will no longer connect to the site. (This includes the Lanco FCU mobile app and third-party services such as Mint or Quicken.)
Register at eZCardInfo.com after July 12, 2021
On or after July 12, 2021, visit www.ezcardinfo.com and follow the prompts to register your Lanco FCU Visa credit card and create your new login. Once you have registered, you will be able to use eZCardInfo to view your card transactions, schedule payments, review statements, and more.
Visa eStatements Require Re-enrollment
Upon the change to eZCardInfo, all Visa cardholders will be enrolled in paper statements for the July 2021 billing cycle and going forward. You may opt into electronic statements by enrolling at eZCardInfo.com after July 12, 2021. (Previous eStatements may take until July 25 to load into your eZCardInfo account.)
Automatic Payments through GoToMyCard
If you set up recurring or future-dated payments through GoToMyCard.com, your payments will continue to occur as scheduled. However, you will not be able to view or manage those payments after July 9, 2021. To edit or cancel these payments after July 9, please contact us by calling (717) 569-7180 or writing to us via the secure Message Center within Online Banking at lancofcu.com.
Account Alerts through GoToMyCard
If you have enrolled in text or e-mail alerts through GoToMyCard, those alerts will stop on July 9. You will be able to re-enroll in alerts through eZCardInfo.
Rewards Points for Visa Platinum Cardholders
Our points program will change to ScoreCard Rewards as of July 10, 2021. Your current point balances will be carried into the new system but may take up to 30 days to reflect on your rewards account. To view your points balance and redeem points for rewards, you may register at www.scorecardrewards.com, or conveniently launch the ScoreCard Rewards site by registering and logging into your account at eZCardInfo.com.
