Browse & Redeem Rewards

Lanco FCU Platinum Visa credit cardholders earn rewards points with each eligible transaction. Log into MyLancoCards online to conveniently view your points balance, browse available rewards, and redeem your points for merchandise, travel, cash back and more. Or, visit directly and enroll to view and redeem points.

Report a Lost or Stolen Visa Card

As soon as you discover that your Lanco FCU Platinum Visa has been lost or stolen, log into the MyLancoCards website or mobile app, or call 866-609-7651 any time, to have your card blocked and reissued.

Alternatively, if your card has been lost or stolen during our regular business hours, you may call Lanco FCU at (717) 569-7180 or (888) 318-4222. Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET.

Make a Credit Card Payment
